Antarctic Peninsula - Sandboard Safari - Agnes Water and 1770

John Crook

A true delight – Agnes Water and 1770

Words cannot match the pictures of that slice of Australia which Captain James Cook discovered.  Thanks a lot Jim. I've followed in his footsteps on a number of occasions, each visit making a promise to return again, and again.

Part of the attraction (in addition to the fabulous coastal scenery) may be attributed to Michael and Vera Ferinac.

They made their discovery years ago and that discovery includes the site itself, the tropical foliage and the pristine beaches.  One not to be missed is Honeymoon Bay.

For a 1770 Getaway holiday retreat, go visit    Check out the three-day package, which includes a coffee and cake.  Not you're ordinary cake,- Vera's are very special.  Also special are the pizzas from the wood-fired pizza oven. Just give Vera a ring for all the good news.  She is available on (07) 4974 9323.

Another bonus from 1770 Getaway

An Agnes Water massage especially designed to relax and unwind.  Whilst staying at the holiday retreat, do take a massage.  For health fund rebates ad gift vouchers, call Emma, on 0438 549 512.
